Ramen Yamadaya has an ambitious plan. Not too long ago the soup slinger branched out from Torrance to Culver City, and shortly thereafter announced a third eatery headed to Westwood, now expected to debut in December. However, there's still one more restaurant in the works. According to signage in the Torrance original, Yamadaya should open on November 11 in Costa Mesa at 1175 Baker St. [EaterWire]
