Bistronomics Round 4: No More Pop-Up, Now Residency

With just one more weekend to go at chef Jet Tila and chef Alex Ageneau’s Bistronomics 13, the duo is already gearing up for round four. This time, however, they are dubbing it a “residency,” rather than a pop-up, as they become a more permanent fixture at Breadbar in Century City. Check out the new menu Thursday through Saturdays starting November 10.

As far acquiring a standalone space, Tila says he should have one “early next year” and that he will continue to sling drunken noodles inside Encore Las Vegas’ Wazuzu as their consulting chef through the Chinese New Year while Wynn searches for his replacement.
