Pizzeria Mozza in Newport Beach will not lose its license to serve liquor. Despite efforts by a planning commissioner to thwart the sale of alcohol for fear that loud drunk patrons would bother nearby residents, the LAT reports that the "Planning Commission voted unanimously Thursday to allow Pizzeria Mozza to keep its alcohol permit."
