Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi Part of New Vegan Restaurant in the Valley Cheffed By Tal Ronnen

According to The Hollywood Reporter, vegan wifey-to-wifey couple Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi will invest in a new vegan restaurant headed to Ventura Boulevard in The Valley. Additional partners are musician Chrissie Hynde (who owned a Vegan restaurant in Ohio) and producer Steve Bing.

There's not a whole lot of information on the venture at this point, but well respected meatless guru, chef Tal Ronnen (catered DeGeneres and de Rossi's wedding and also helped Vegas king Steve Wynn add vegan options to his 22 restaurants), will create the menu. Waldo Fernandez of Soho House, Mezze and the Spago revamp has been tapped to design.
