Hmmm, what do we have here? The forlorn Pine Alley furniture store on Ventura next to Eggplant Japanese Kitchen is under the control of Spacecraft design which likely means a new eating establishment is on the way. The venue looks pretty rad with that partially exposed brick and rough facade, to the left is a spacious gated patio potentially poised for al fresco dining. Or parking? Neighboring businesses say there hasn't been a ton of activity recently.
