The Three Clubs Renovates Back Bar, Adds New Drinks

Not many venues, especially bars and clubs, make it past a few years in Hollywood, though The Three Clubs is one of those rare gems which has survived a full 20 years. Industry vet Marc Smith became the bar's owner back in 1991 when it was an old studio hang popular with film and tv industry types, and until now he hasn't really changed much of anything at all.

On October 14 The Three Clubs officially rolls out its new overhauled back bar (pictured above) behind which now stands mixologist Joel Black (Cana Rom Bar) who is prepared to mix this new list of drinks. The old menu of classic cocktails is still served at the front bar. In addition to Black, Smith has brought aboard DJ Sean Patrick to curate some themed music nights like "Anything Vintage” (old school reggae and soul) and “The Jokers Wild” (jazz). [EaterWire]
