Apparently, the fast casual salad trend is alive and well, and this coming Thursday the Houston-based Salata opens in the City National Plaza food court downtown. This here is the chain's first location outside of Texas and overall the concept feels pretty standard/commercial with a handful of customizable salad, wrap, and soup options.
