Matt Bendik, an original partner/creator of Voyeur on Santa Monica Blvd and the more recent Mezze Mediterranean restaurant on La Cienega, has a slew of new projects in the works. He just soft opened a nightclub at The Modern Honolulu in Waikiki last weekend (official launch is Dec 1), and he now is focusing energy on two new nightlife projects and one restaurant, all in LA, all dropping next year. To start, Bendik and partner Tosh Berman (this guy and this guy) are reformatting St. Nick's Pub on W. 3rd Street. More to come. [EaterWire]
