The Six Debuts Location Two Today in Studio City

Elizabeth Daniels 11/11

After a few nips and tucks to the former Risotto space on Ventura, partners Jake King and Will Karges today open their second branch of The Six, an unfussy American bistro helmed by executive chef Sean Mindrum, serving seasonal selections (lunch, dinner) from a pear salad with burrata to a slew of pizzas to steak frites and pot pie. There's a handful of craft beers on draft and in bottle to drink, plus red/white wine, and a short list of cocktails crated by David Nepove, Director of Mixology for Southern Wine and Spirits and National President of the United States Bartenders Guild. Going off the restaurant's name, each category, draft beer, bottled beer, red wine, white wine, etc. offers six options.

Much like The Six on Pico, this new branch sports that same worn-in look with a bronze-toned interior, leather seating, mercury-dipped Edison bulbs, and a tin plated ceiling. New to this location though is a sizable outdoor patio (pictured above) with seating for 60. The Six is open daily from 11:30AM until midnight. Weekend brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday from 11AM to 2PM. Up next, Venice.
