Updates on Stout in Studio City, Next Up Stout SaMo

Stout joins Studio City's growing gastronomic grove on Ventura just down the block from Black Market, Laurel Tavern, Take A Bao, Crust - by Sushi Nozawa near Tujunga Ave. Partners Alex Kagianaris and Charles Lew, who met at Loyola Law School, are preparing to open their second burger and craft beer abode in late January, the first of which debuted on Cahuenga in 2009. Kagianaris will serve as executive chef with GM James Lavitola running FOH.

Once again, Kagianaris and Lew have hired Kris Keith of Spacecraft to helm the design here in Studio City, and one can expect the aesthetic to mirror the Hollywood hang with the addition of a spacious outdoor patio. Stout's menu will remain true to Hollywood as well, though with expanded options. The next order of business: Stout Santa Monica.
