Last night chef Ricardo Zarate prepared a "Mystery Meat" themed dinner at Picca. Grub Street was in attendance and recaps the dishes (photos and all) which contained tripe, beef lungs, crickets, alpaca, braised intestine, and chicken butt. [Grub Street]
