After about eight months of service followed by a recent two week shutter, 26 Restaurant & Bar by Shiloh's announces its "Grand Opening" on December 4 (though more like Grand RE-opening), which involves a new chef, revamped menu, and minor interior tweaks. Chef I. Michel Aytekin came on board two weeks ago and brings with him experience from France, New York, and Miami. Here, he has expanded the restaurant's original, limited pizza and pasta menu to a more comprehensive roster of Mediterranean selections. Which also happen to be entirely kosher.
