The Islands closeout continues from Beverly Hills to Encino. This Valley locale last a full 19 years, but called it quits as of mid last month. A rep for the Hawaii-inspired chain explains, "the store was not achieving a level of sales that would justify keeping this location open." [Encino Patch]
