Derek's Bistro Becoming The Stillroom in Pasadena

While bits and pieces of Derek's Bistro remain intact, after about 20 or so years of biz the restaurant is currently in demo mode, slated to relaunch as The Stillroom. New owners, Kevin and Leslie Farrell, are going for a "neighborhood bistro" feel with an emphasis on seafood, cocktails, and "a really interesting chef."
