She plus Moonen will prepare a surf and turf-themed five course meal plus alcohol pairings to benefit Three Square Las Vegas and Share Our Strength. While the final menu hasn't been released, plates come from Moonen’s Fish Without a Doubt and Izard’s Girl in the Kitchen.
