Lazy Ox Canteen chef Josef Centeno's Bäco Mercat almost opened last week, but shortly after that announcement, the debut was pushed to the end of October. It's now early November and still no launch, but word just in that final health inspections are happening (or happened) today with doors set to open early next week. Above, a preview of the industrial space, remember this is where sandwich + taco + pizza = bäco.
