Add Go Burger to the endangered species list. A source from the restaurant divulges that ESquared Hospitality (previously BLT Restaurant Group) is planning to overhaul the 10-month-old Hollywood burgery and introduce an entirely different concept. In fact, the next iteration will be so different that a whole new kitchen needs to be built. Originally construction was set to commence within the next two weeks, but has since been delayed. Update: Reps for Go Burger say the restaurant isn't changing. We'll see. [EaterWire]
