Marcona, the Melrose Ave sandwich shop which originally planned to open last month, has hit slight delays. Right now owner Collier Ulrich and chef Matthew Moss are basically done organizing the space but are waiting on DWP to finish some electrical work. Once complete, they will call for their final inspection and hopefully open doors somewhere around November 15-20. [EaterWire]
