Today Daily Dish shares a few more details on one of the under construction projects from David Kaplan and Alex Day of Death & Co. in NYC. Kaplan describes their downtown Los Angeles effort, which is slated to open by the year's end, as "a two-room, two-bar, high-energy new style offering with live music happenings." Meanwhile, the pair have also launched a creative headquarters of sorts called Chapter & Verse on Traction Avenue, also downtown. [DD]
