Uh-oh. A little competition for Caffe Luxxe on Montana. Sorpasso, that previously mentioned new food concept hitting 7th and Montana, posted signage over the weekend announcing its name "Primo Passo Coffee Co.," and thus comes word that this venture is, in fact, a new boutique coffee company slated to serve espresso-based drinks and individually brewed cups of coffee from micro-roasted, direct trade beans. Construction is about two weeks from completion and management hopes to open in January after an "extensive" four to six week barista training program.
