NRN catches up with Chris Simms, owner/operator of the Lazy Dog Cafe chain which has rapidly expanded over the past few years. Simms reveals plans to open another two locations in 2012 and confides that he may sell up in 10 to 15 years. On the subject of M.B. Post, a venture in which his family invested, Simms says, "We’re exceeding expectations on all levels. Sales started off strong and remained strong. Reviews are coming in positive." [NRN]
