Via Dolce Replaces Valen Dolce on Montana

Did Valen Dolce, that fused French-Japanese bakery on Montana in Santa Monica, really last a full year? Feels like it JUST opened. Regardless, Toddrickallen discovers that the cafe has shuttered to be replaced by a similar venture with a similar name: Via Dolce, which will serve coffee/tea, baked goods, sandwiches, and salads. Projected opening: January 2012. And speaking of coffee and tea on Montana, Primo Passo Coffee Co. and Fenjune are also moving in.
