LARCHMONT—According to Erin McKenna, founder of BabyCakes vegan bakery, that new Larchmont shop is almost set to launch. Right now the interior is just about complete and McKenna hopes to pass final inspections next week. If that doesn't work out, she expects to open, at latest, on December 28. [EaterWire]
