DOWNTOWN— LAW relays word that Josef Centeno's Bäco Mercat has grand opened and hours of operation now run Mon-Sat 11:30AM-2:30PM and 6PM to about 11PM (the bar opens at 5PM). Breakfast service kicks off tomorrow at 9AM and on the menu one will find waffles with powdered sugar, and a breakfast bäco with chorizo, eggs, and chile. [LAW]
