Expected to launch toward the end of March comes 1321 Downtown Taproom Bistro, a new gastropub slated to serve about 50 craft beers including large format, special editions, and 16 rotating on tap. Chef Greg Paul, formerly of The Oaks Gourmet, is working on his American menu composed of both small plates and entrees such as flatbreads, house-ground burgers, and house-made hot links.
