Sean MacPherson To Replace Orso with Il Covo

After much speculation, Sean MacPherson (Roger Room, Bar Lubitsch) will reopen the shuttered Orso space as another Italian eatery titled Il Covo. According to Guest of a Guest, Milan native Roberto Maggioni (Locanda del Lago) has been appointed as chef, and right now the venue is pretty much ready to launch pending final menu tweaks.
