SANTA MONICA— Fukui Sushi on Lincoln has been replaced by Sushi Sapporo a questionable joint that offers discount sushi and 38 "special" rolls. [Grub Street]

AROUND TOWN— Homeboy Industries' chips and salsa are a hit! Daily Dish reports that "the hottest-selling snack item at 256 Ralphs deli sections across Southern California in the first weeks of February ...was Homeboy Industries' tortilla chips and salsa." [DD]
