Bloomberg's Ryan Sutton reviews José Andrés' new Las Vegas restaurant "e" — really it's just a counter inside the restaurant Jaleo that seats eight — and gives it three stars, writing that it "instantly stakes a claim as one of the city’s best -- and most seriously exclusive -- restaurants."
