Test Kitchen, the ever-changing pop-up dining concept which allowed chefs and mixologists to take over a restaurant space for a night or two, makes its grand return. The "restaurant" shuttered about two months ago and now The Daily Beast reports that it will return this spring "to redefine the pop-up concept and to introduce a community aspect to the endeavor."
