Building upon that San Francisco Happy Meal toy ban (for meals that contain over 600 calories and more than 35% of calories from fat), California state officials are considering a bill that would assign "nutrition standards for kids’ meals that come with toys or other incentives." While the bill has yet to be written, lawmakers could discuss the proposition as early as next month. [NRN]
