With all that hanging nautical and hunting paraphernalia -- life preservers, a buoy, a fishing net, fish, anchors, antlers, a moose? head -- new tufted banquettes, plus full bar, it's hard to recognize the nondescript space which formerly housed Cynthia's Restaurant 3 on Third Street.
