Many of LA's top cocktail quarters exist downtown, a portion of which were conceived by the same individual, nightlife impresario Cedd Moses. He's responsible for Las Perlas, Seven Grand, and The Varnish, just to name a few. In the future, Moses plans to expand these concepts to other zip codes, to start he will open a branch of his flagship Whiskey bar, Seven Grand, in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego.
