After Several Years in the Making, Osaka Opens Mid-April

Despite the fact that we've been tracking Osaka for, sheesh, almost two and a half years, this venture is still a go. Adolfo Suaya brings the Peruvian dining concept from South American soil up north, right now Osaka maintains spaces in Lima, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, with additional eateries under construction in both LA (obviously) and Mexico City. The Hollywood Blvd restaurant is currently in its final stages of construction and the team from South America will come to LA in mid-March for staff training. Look for an official debut around mid-April.
