Another day and another burger place. From brothers George and Charbel Ghaby comes Rounds Premium Burgers, West Hollywood's very own customizable burger joint. George explains that Rounds, still in its first week of business, is a simple spot with simple burgers and toppings that don't depend on flashy decor to attract the customer. Burgers speak for themselves. Patrons have the option to build his/her own burger from the wide selection of meats, cheeses, and toppings available, or choose from menu highlights like “The Western Devil” (buffalo sauce, breaded jalapeno, bacon) and “The California” (bacon, American cheese, guacamole). Rounds boasts that whole quality ingredients spiel with burgers affordably priced, starting at a mere $5. Right now Rounds is open daily from 11AM-2AM, but the brothers plan to serve until 4AM down the line. Also slated for the future, an outdoor patio and expansion to Santa Monica.
