Health inspectors have begun to grade some of the estimated 6,000 mobile vendors scattered throughout town. Last fall officials voted to decide that food trucks and carts should be subject to the same health department letter grade system as local restaurants. It could take until June 2012 to grade all of LA's qualifying mobile vendors. [ABC]
