Good news for Olio Pizzeria fans. Tonight chef and owner Bradfort Kent officially refuels his wood burning hearth after that temporary shutter from earlier this week. Kent was asked by his landlord to power down his pizza oven because a tenant within the same building complained about smelling smoke. However, today Kent reports that "We sealed a hidden shaft we found inside the wall of the building that was pulling cooking aromas from the restaurant into the building. We are back and our fire is as hot as ever!" BOOM. Pizza service back in action tonight.
