Stone's in the Marina Goes Bistro

Marina del Rey doesn't quite have the dining cache of nearby Venice or Santa Monica. Here, now, Stone's Restaurant (of all places) in the Marriot is aiming to change things up. They're switching out the old '90s hotel-y menu with one from Chef Chad Roldan that embraces more modern American bistro food. That means entrees like John Dory with a popcorn crust, sweet corn ravioli and a vegetable slaw, PEI Mussels in a fennel and saffron broth, and New Zealand Lamb with bacon, Brussels sprouts and green apple risotto.
