Many fast food chains already operate mobile vehicles like Carl’s Jr., In-N-Out Burger, and just yesterday Jack in the Box rolled out a 34-foot long brad building/catering truck titled Jack’s Munchie Mobile. However, for many chains, the guidelines for franchising a truck claims new terrain and most franchisors have yet to organize regulations on how such operations will work. [NRN]
