Earlier this year came word that ubiquitous Greek chain Daphne's would undergo a massive revamp, a new more healthful menu was planned, new cafe interiors, in addition to a name change: Daphne’s California Greek. OCR snagged some shots of the new eco-friendly units, my what a modern, colorful change. This year all 60 cafes will be remodeled after this prototype. [OCR]
