Word just in that Lexington Social House, that new Hollywood resturant and lounge, opens its door to the public on April 28. By now we know that Thomas Shoos designed the 10,000 square foot venue, which was conceived by siblings Jeremy and Junella Chin with help from Choice Hospitality Group, but we haven't shared too many details on food and drink. Yes, chef Mette Williams (Spago) has signed on to created seasonal small plates, here now some selections off the menus. Signature dinner dishes range from Confit Pork Belly with roasted figs, and celery root marmalade to Bouchet Mussels seasoned with garlic, tomato, chorizo and saffron.
No surprise to hear that cocktails will follow suit, fresh and seasonal like The Special Agent, Earl grey-infused bourbon with orange bitters, fresh lemon juice and house made honey syrup, and The Hitman, calling for Moonshine with fresh rosemary, blackberries, lime juice and simple syrup.
