Finally! LA nabs chef Jason Neroni (PS- we knew it was just a matter of time). About a year and a half ago the NYC-based chef (Porchetta, Cantina) skipped coasts, landing at Blanca in Solana Beach. After about six months or so Neroni departed the eatery, eventually settling not in LA, but in Portland. However, here now the official word from PR, in sync with that whole revamp and chef shakeup at Osteria La Buca, Jason Neroni has signed on as new executive chef! Over the next few days, both Neroni and La Buca will reveals menu updates via @JasonNeroni, @OsteriaLaBucaLA, and Osteria La Buca's Facebook page. Neroni's complete menu will be released on April 5, prior to La Buca's opening on April 6. Game. On.
