Starting tomorrow, Umami will added a new burger to the menu at each of its locations available through the month of April. The burger is called "The Ruskie" and calls for a beef patty with melted cabbage, red beet cheese, mustard seed "caviar." Founder Adam Fleischman was inspired by a new doc coming out April 29, Exporting Raymond, which follows Phil Rosenthal, creator of “Everybody Loves Raymond,” as he attempts to create a Russian version of the show.
