Pasadena is abuzz with bars and gastropubs. Lucky Baldwin's recently opened a third location on Colorado Blvd., meanwhile Haven Gastropub out of Orange Country will replace Brix 42 in Old Town. Which brings us to Congregation Ale House. The Long Beach-based craft beer bar with its austere monastic design has confirmed expansion to Pasadena. The watering hole takes over the shuttered Crown City Brewery space at 300 S. Raymond Avenue and is expected to open around November.
