Caesars Palace announced today that it will hand one its hotel towers over to Nobu Hospitality which will renovate the 180-room building into its first-ever boutique hotel: The Nobu Hotel Las Vegas. Famed designer David Rockwell be involved. Nobu Hospitality plans to take over Caesars Palace's existing Centurion Tower, create 16 suites and a penthouse, and open a 9,500 sq qt Nobu Restaurant and Lounge at the base, with a target opening within 15 months.
