First, a special thank you to commenter #1 from yesterday's Gjelina Take Away post who is helping us keep track of our pre-opening GTA coverage. Merci beaucoup. We're currently on post three. Anyway, up above we have a full reveal of the space, which, for anyone who ever visited the venue as French 50s60s, will note how much smaller it now appears. GTA's posterior kitchen must be fairly spacious, maybe that kitchen will also serve as a prep area for catering events? Either way, check out the beautiful dual (presumably wood-burning) ovens, also looks like GTA will sell its own salt or spice blends evident by those empty jars. Oh, and according to an employee, GTA opens now in two weeks.
