One more concept vying for a spot within LAX currently in the bid and proposal phase: King's Oyster Bar. Oysters at the airport? Just FYI, King's Oyster Bar falls under the umbrella company King's Seafood which operates 18 restaurants including the Water Grill downtown. Anyway, if King's were to receive airport (Terminal 4) approval, the restaurant would serve travelers freshly shucked oysters, chilled shellfish, New England clam chowder, fish tacos, steamed Manila clams, sushi, fried calamari, fish & chips, plus a selection of craft beers and California wines.
