Sorry kids (and meat enthusiasts), Lindy & Grundy is still not quite ready to open. Yesterday evening LAW teased that Friday could be the grand debut for that new meat mecca of a butcher shop at 801 N. Fairfax, but according to Daily Dish, today is a no-go. Co-owners and butcherettes Amelia Posada and Erika Nakamura are excited to finally open, it's been nine months of anticipation. Nakamura says, "...it does give us a couple of extra days to pull ourselves together...I have a very good feeling that it'll be Tuesday, but I don't want to jump the gun."
