Construction is underway to transform Citizen Smith into Saint Felix Hollywood. Troy Silva of Troy Silva Design Group plans to add large art installations to the venue, each conjuring a sense of "sexuality and sacrilege." Once complete, Saint Felix's entrance will be marked by a stern nun watching from above each inset glass doorway, judging the actions of those entering. Midway through the space, the second installation is created upon a massive concrete support pillar encrusted and lit entirely with gunmetal wall sconces dripping in black wax.

The venue is divided into two rooms each with its own bar serving fresh fruit cocktails. To eat management has hired chef Brian Baccarella (The Edison) to oversee a small plates American menu pretty similar to that offered at Saint Felix in West Hollywood.
