1) Hollywood: We've been tracking this one for months. After dozens of private openings, Lexington Social House made its (soft) public debut this weekend. This morning, Thrillist reported that the cocktail list features a "Hit Man" with White Dog, simple syrup, and blackberry; "Villain" with rye, molasses and chocolate chili bitters; and the "Whiz Kid" with peanut-infused rum, curacao and lime. Because you needed more cocktailing options. [EaterWire] 2) Manhattan Beach: It's official, Chef David LeFevre's M.B. Post opens to the public tonight. Also, he knows how to cook more than just fish. Things like pomegranate couscous with lavender feta, marcona almonds and mint and Vietnamese caramel pork with green papaya salad and lime make the mouth water. Reservations and a designated driver are a must. [EaterWire]

3) Hollywood: This Wednesday, Jersey Mike's will open its newest location on Sunset and Vine. In conjunction with the opening they're hosting a 5-day fundraiser from April 20 through April 24 with proceeds going to Hollywood High School. [EaterWire]

4) Santa Monica: Grub Street catches Stella Rosa with her front door open. Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You opened this pizza place just as it rechristened Le Grande Orange. Stella's claim to fame is a handcrafted pizza dough made from locally milled flour, water, sea salt, and fresh yeast. Classic red and white pies stand up to a casual beer and wine list that includes a few cocktails as well. [GS]
