Bel Air Bar & Grill Closes For "Renovations"

On April 15, the Bel Air Bar & Grill surrendered its liquor license, and around this time the American eatery closed for some type of remodel. Its website reads "Bel Air Bar & Grill is closed for renovations. We look forward to serving you more good food in 2012" but the whole liquor license relinquish is throwing us off. Either way, freeway construction through the area has hit all merchants hard as roads are closed, traffic re-routed, etc, which cannot have made for an easy time. [EaterWire]

Update: According to management, Bel Air Bar & Grill WILL reopen as its former self, "only better."
